Axis Buck Hunts
Axis deer are always moving — frequently in and out of cover. The hunt involves glassing open spaces, staying alert, and closing distance without being seen.
Their lean meat is some of the best-tasting game in Texas, and their wide, tall antlers make them a favorite for hunters wanting something different. You can expect a spot-and-stalk style hunt, with opportunities for both experienced and newer hunters.

Blackbuck antelope are fast, skittish, and rarely sit still for long. These hunts typically involve more open terrain, where you’ll glass from a distance and move into position. Shots may be longer than usual, and patience plays a big part.

How To Book A Weekend at Our Texas Exotic Hunting Ranch
1. Schedule Your Hunt
Call or message Debbe to talk through your options and choose your dates.
2. Place Your Deposit
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due within 10 days of your scheduled hunt to hold your spot.
3. Final Details the Week Of
We’ll check in with you the week of your hunt to finalize arrival time, food preferences, gear needs, and anything else that will make your trip smooth and stress-free.
4. Show Up, Settle In, and Enjoy the Hunt
You’ll arrive, check your gear at the shooting range, get comfortable in the lodge, and start your hunt that evening or the next morning.

Our on-site shooting range is available to get you sighted in before the hunt. Plan to arrive by 1:00 PM so we can hit the range and get you settled before the evening.
